Your customers engage with different media at different times of day and for different purposes. And though categories may look and smell the same, they just may not be.
So follow the customer. If they primarily use social and search to incite purchase decisions then inbound it is. But chances are, they use more than just those channels, maybe even traditional ones like TV, radio, or dare I say, print.
Bottom line, as the article suggests, don't abandon outbound just yet…
