Not that I expect this to be the "be all, end all" tool for this, but I love that HootSuite is looking well beyond basic metrics here.
Ranking brands by "how much they are loved" is so much more meaningful than likes or even clicks as this is an area – sentiment – where I believe social shines.
And any marketer worth his or her salt knows that advocacy and sales follow sentiment.
Makes you wonder who the most hated brands are… UNITED… COMCAST…oh, did I write that?
